The GL will host the loot distribution process during raids and is bound by HNE loot distribution policy when hosting bids.

- The DKP Officer is authorized to award bonus DKP for special events and or occasions. This authority will be used on very rare occasions and the bonus can, but should not typically exceed "double dkp".
- The DKP Officer links all loot during a raid in our loot channel so those on the waiting list may see what dropped.
- HNE Officers are obligated to protect the integrity and heart of the guild and have the authority to disband any member or recruit on the roster.

***All Officers
- HNE Officers are obligated to treat each and every individual member of the guild with the utmost respect and fairness.
- Policy voting. In order to govern the guild on a daily basis, certain policies must be made or revised to ensure that things keep running smoothly. When that need arises, the officers of the guild are to participate in a vote hosted by the the Guild Leader in which the leader advises the officers but does not cast an official vote. Only in the case of a "tie" among available officers would the Guild Leader cast the final deciding vote.
- Officers do not possess the authority to change their own authorities/responsibilities or those of the Guild Leader through the voting process or any other means.
- Responsible for always remaining an active contribution to the team.
- Raid Alt Privileges!
Members may request that their level 90/200+, "raid worthy" alts be made "Raid Alts" on the roster. Once an alt is made a "Raid Alt", you may use your main's dkp to bid on NO-TRADE gear and masters for that character. However, keep in mind that all Raid Alts are expected to be made 100% available to the raid, at all times. If at any time members remove or otherwise make unavailable characters the guild has geared as a raid alt, they will lose the ability to choose their raid alts in the future. "Raid Alt" status is granted only by the Guild Leader.
Note: "Raid worthy" is defined as a character that would meet all recruitment standards of the guild for new members.
- HNE Members are obligated to treat each and every individual member of the guild with the utmost respect and fairness.
- Responsible for always remaining an active contribution to the team. Recruits are expected to make 100% of the availability they describe on their application.
- Recruitment period is typically 30 days. At the end of the recruitment period, the members of the guild vote on the recruit. The recruit may be voted in, voted out, or given a "needs more time" vote which will extend their recruitment period for a period of time to be decided by the Guild Leader (typically 2 weeks).
